What GM banned you (optional): The story is i was in fm room and saw a couple of guys sitting there, they have a monopoly of stores in fm ch1 room 6, I've seen gruilds do this, is ok, but they are the ones filling not a guild, and as i was frustated cause i got my spot i paid 55m for it stolen twice and cant find one while these guys have the whole lower floor and they cover more space on purpose. So i proceed to ask them if theyre on, asking to move store, the ignored me completely. Proceed with defame and mvoed on with life, then i logged in my mules to check stuff and since iwas in them i defamed again 3 times, now I'm sorry if i dont understand what YOU consider a MASS DEFAME but 3 defame it doesnt say in the ToS is considered mass defame unless the guy shane from maple island is a liar, plus i didnt encourage anybody to defame him, not guildies not friends, not randoms nobody. And so i get 4 days ban, it's absolutely preposterous. I know i can be energetic and get carry on by feelings but man if i really get banned for 4 days for that... a silence i understand or a warning but a ban. From what you are saying here, you found someone in the fm who was afk. You tried talking to them, and after you got no response from this individual who was still afk, you proceeded to login multiple characters to defame this individual. Am I correct?
No, they weren't afk first of all, the moved and just were organizing or w/e they were doing with a shop (you can tell when you click on a shop). But if thats what you get from the whole story do w/e you have to do, as i told you before this is not concurrent behavior, and i don't like i cannot express myself, first 4 was considered mass defame now 2? Well in any case i dont consider this a fair punishment, plus you didnt address the issue with monopoly of fm room slots. Alright, let's sort out some facts regarding this incident. I took the liberty of checking every store where the incident took place and verified that the individual you defamed only had one store in that entire room. You said you defamed this individual 3 times originally, you defamed this individual 4 times. If you considered 4 to be mass defame, as per your last comment, then you have reached that threshold yourself. If it's true that they weren't afk, then why would you defame this individual 4 times when they didn't respond to you and were just minding their own business?
In conclusion, you mass defamed someone, which falls under Objectionable Behavior in the terms and conditions. Thus, your 3-day ban will remain in place.
