Hey, Dasha I'm confused now. I have never shared my account with any one before.

However, I did login from other place: my work place and on my laptop in my free time once or twice, but other than that I have never done so. Also additional info: what I had was my main account was banned by one of the GMs because of the cyber attack a few months back, and I did change my credentials according to the GM's instructions for my main but I did not change the credentials for other accounts , could it be that someone else logged in for me from that point onwards? (being hacked, but nothing from all my accounts were taken iirc).

I'll change my credentials and log in from only one spot only if i'm given the chane. I fully understood and read all the rules and regulations in the forum before and there's no way I'd want my account to be banned. Please do let me know if I can provide or further prove what I did wrong or didn't as I really do want to hop into this game again.

I am not aware if there's anyone in my workplace who play/plays Royals.

I prompted an admin to look into your ban appeal but it seems like there is no mistake about it, the extent of your account sharing warrants you a permanent ban according to the game term and conditions.

 

I see. May I know which of the 8 scenarios stated in the appendix from(term and conditions Spoiler: Major fractions) does my case fall onto? I just want everything to be objective and clear for me on why I am getting permanently banned. Thank you for the updates.
