Hello, You are correct. You were banned for glitch abuse for smuggling booster into the cake map. Using booster gives you an unfair advantage over other players. When your character is banned, your IP is banned as well. Any other character you own is also banned for the duration. Do not try to evade the ban, or your punishment will increase.
Thanks for your reply. But as I said, when I knew it was a violation of the rules, I turned off the skill. The regulations say that you can avoid being locked by turning off the skill or leaving the map?
Unfortunately, unless you have proof that you immediately canceled booster, and did not benefit from it, we cannot take your word over the evidence that we have. Your ban will remain.
