Hi Dasha and GMs, i have read the shared article. I apologies for the vote abuse which i had done and i promise will not repeat the act again. Is there any way for me to get back to the game as the royal has give me a lot of fun in past months and i did not getting any warning and get into Permanent Ban. Is there any chance for my to appeal my punishment from Permanent Ban reduce to 14 days Ban? Sorry for not reading all the guides, rules and regulation previously. Looking forward for your reply. Hey there, I hope that you know that I really appreciate your honesty Unfortunately, the amount you have voted for is substantial enough to warrant a permanent ban because it gave you an unfair advantage over other players.
Hi, or maybe there is an alternative way to stop me voting for a longer period together with 14 days ban? or remove the existing items / mesos which benefit from voting? Wish to hear from you and the GMs soon. Thanks.
Your permanent ban will remain. The responsibility of keeping the MapleRoyals TOS that you agreed on upon registration is on you, the player. The voting rules are made accesable to you every time you vote and despite them a bit being complex they are in place to keep the game fair for everyone.
