Based on the one IGN, you are not banned according to our records. You might be trying to connect from a banned IP. Try resetting your Router. Also, since you haven't played for some time, make sure you have the newest update (73.4) downloaded.
I changed my ip, but I still got the same message. I tried creating a new account and logging in with it and that worked, so it doesn't seem to be an issue with the ip.
So, you created a new account and was able to connect to the game on the new account, but still can't connect on the account with the IGN Radianite? Does anyone else play in your household? Going to PM you to ask for the Username of the account Radianite to verify a couple of things. Don't put your Username in here, as this is public.
The IGN Radianite is not associated with the Username you provided in the PM. Since that is the case, an Admin is going to have to follow up with this Appeal. Please be patient, as it will take some time.
