Hey there, Tried to login to Royals after a long period. I've got the following message when i try to login. 'This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection' Got into the discord group and some one told me to make a thread on the forum called ban appeal to get some help. What actions should I take next? Would really like to get into RoyalMS again Hope some one can help me! Happy Mapleing

What I can remember is having a really hard time on the zakum jump quest Why do I think I got banned : - No idea.. guy on the Discord channel told me that the reason of ban might be due to inactivity for a long time. Hello, A couple of questions for you. These answers will help us determine the next steps to take: Do you know roughly the last time you played, month and year? If you played a long time ago, why is your Forum Account only from yesterday? Did you have a Forum Account from back then or did you forget the Forum Account information?
What is the whole problem here? I’ve made this account yesterday since i’ve never used the forum back then… just been using the discord. Can’t you guys just see im using the same e-mail or something. Common man. Can tell you last time i was online must have been like 2 years ago or something. But how should I know exactly.. just wanne play. I dont get why you should ban me when I havent been online for a whole while.
As I said above, your answers will help determine the next steps to take. Your account has been permanently banned for hacking. But since you claim you last played 2 years ago, which does not coincide with the ban date, your account was likely hacked. Only an Admin can assist you from here. They will be able to determine if your account can be recovered or not. Please be patient, as the Admins have a heavy work load and it will take time to look into this issue.
You serious? So your ques is that some one first hacked my account, and then started using hacks on it and that there for the account has been perm banned? Thats sick. My apologies for the sort of mean reply this morning.. was really looking forward playing again. But totally get it now. What are the next steps I should take?

As for the next steps, unfortunately, only an Admin can guide you once they look have looked into your specific case. The Admin will update you on this thread and let you know.
l3aviaan hasnt been hacked or accessed by someone else, it was the original account creator that got banned for hacking.
