I understand that its probably not possible to unban that character, but when I try to log on to any of my other characters I can get past the login screen and choose a channel and character and enter my PIC but then the client crashes with a message: "You have been disconnected from the login server. Please try again later". I assume it might be because my IP/MAC address is banned too. Is it possible to allow me to play on other characters? or maybe request a name change for the 1 racist IGN or delete its user and allow me to play on my other users? Thanks. P.S. Hi there, you have been temporarily banned for having an inappropriate IGN. I've started a PM to query what IGN you would like to change it to.
