    Why do you think you got banned?: Unknown
    Ban message when attempting to log in: Your account has been blocked for using macro / auto-keyboard. You can login after Apr/18/2022 1:49PM.

    I see, I did not know this was against the rules; I've seen in many places this was a strategy to farm?
    I know ignorance is bliss, but can this ban be appealed or shortened?

    Robotic Play is against the T&C. You must be present at your character whenever action is taken in the game.

    Please be more mindful of this. A second Robotic Play ban is permanent.

    The ban cannot be appealed or shortened. I don't have that authority. The duration is set by the T&C and I have to follow that. I'm sorry if this isn't the answer you were looking for.
