    Alright understandable.

    Can you please explain in detail where your NX came from to earn 5000 Gachapon tickets? If there are any dates that you can remember that would also be a big help!

    How many Red Envelopes did you save up, and when did you exchange all of them? How many times do you recall voting to get NX?

    You can't expect me to remember how many, it was easily tens of thousands. I exchanged them daily and/or multiple times a day after I was done farming because exchanging large amounts took so long due to my high ping to the servers. This year was particularly tricky because the drop rate was so low... Bring back the old drop rate pls. I don't remember how many votes, not many throughout the years.

    So to clarify:
    - You had taken part in Lunar New Year this year, and last year, and possibly the year before.
    - You exchanged Red Envelopes daily and saved up the NX over the past 2-3 years
    - You occasionally voted for NX on the account.

    Does that seem correct? And can you give an estimate of how much NX you had already saved up by time this Lunar New Year event started?

    This does not seem to match our records, as I can only see you having 3,700NX on your account on 29th Jan 2022. You also did not have any Red Envelopes, NX Cards or Gachapon tickets in your inventory at this time. So what happened to the 4-5 million NX you saved up from the previous Lunar New Year events?
