details: I did activate a really naive macro that helps me perform "heal", it was a stupid decision which I deeply regret about, I truly against any kind of cheating and I really sorry about it, it was for a short amount of time and most of it I was in front of the computer, in any way, I really hope you'll forgive me for this stupid mistake, I think that this server is great and will appreciate a second chance here, and of course, I've learned my lesson and will not do it again, just want to get back playing with my friends in this nostalgic server

those are all of my characters i did try to more account when I was banned but couldn't even logged in, I pretty sure I don't have more accounts from the past and the only account I have is this one (which contains one character: Attaly)

 

Your honesty is greatly appreciated! It looks like your suspicions are correct and you have been permanently banned for macro botting.

Punishment: Permanent ban.

Game Hacking - The act of using or benefiting from any third-party program or macro program, editing or defacing any part of the game to gain any sort of advantage over other players, or otherwise selling, advertising, distributing, or posting information related to the act. You are allowed to rebind keys in a 1:1 action matter with third-party software as there is no direct benefit in doing that overusing the default keys. We also allow the use of controllers and remapping software for example, as long as the player can reply while playing to not be mistaken for a bot. Please be aware that scripted macro programs which control your character will be considered a game hack and subject to punishment under this rule, and not under Moderate Infraction - 5. Robotic Play.

 

Is that means that there's no way I can get my account back?
If so, I'll be honest, I have no problem to pay to prove that I'm sorry about it, it was a stupid mistake and i'm against it, I'll literally do what ever it takes to return to the game.

Thank you for your quick reply! Once a permanent ban for macro botting is issued, it can be lifted only under the condition of it being wrongfully given. Sadly, that doesn't seem to be the case here.

 

I understand this is your terms, but it's not like I activate hacks or something, I just clicked on one button for a super short time, while most of it I was in front of the computer.
I will not do it again, what else can I do? and at least I was assuming I have the option to open a new account but I can't even do that. you want to tell me that I can never play your server because of five minutes pressing one button without looking?

 

I even saw the GM but wasn't quick enough to response, I was literally off the computer for few minutes, in my opinion it's not a fair enough reason to ban someone for life with no other option

 

The evidence that led to your ban shows you moving your character so I can't help but feel that the claims of you paper weighting your keyboard are a bit disingenuous. It also looks like you have been given several chances to reply to the GM that was prompting you before the permanent ban was issued. I empathize with your frustration with how strict the MapleRoyals rules are, however, these are the terms of service you have agreed to when creating your character.

 

I did said that I activated macros, it's just a private server, you can't just kick out people without any chance to regret, again, I cant even open new account! I get it that you'll not give me access to my old account but I cant understand why I can never play here again, is that sound legit to you? It's not like I just did something and run away, I'm here and I'm talking to you? is there anything I can do?

by the way, I had a friend with me which didn't knew I did macros, he got ban as well and at least, please, don't punish him for my mistakes. and please, just release my ip ban to let me play with other accounts i've opened, I can't see a reason you still continue blocking me from playing with new character

 

I know this might seem very harsh, but these rules are in place to guarantee the fairness of the game, and the responsibility to keep the game TOS lies with you as a player.
