New to server and unable to log in, people in shout box told me to trouble shoot and the forum said to make a char issue - mac pan post and now someone is telling me to post here.
Have currently moved to another server with my friend until theres a solution but would really like a fix as this server has a much higher population!

 

The character Megatrono doesn't appear to be banned on our end. It's possible you are trying to connect from a previously banned static IP that is randomly assigned to you by your ISP.

Could you restart your router and make sure your IP address changes before you attempt to log in to your account? If you are using a VPN, please attempt to log in from a different country/location.

I have done as you have asked, even tried multiple different VPN's ( I pay for nord ) and still the same issue

 

Oh, my bad, that was autocorrected. Do you own any other characters?

Edit: After a short investigation it appears that you are trying to evade your permeant ban on Cataplus for robotic play.

You are not allowed to create duplicate forum accounts and this account will be banned and merged with your original forum account.
