Closed ban appeal?

    ALL Your Character Names: luxvier
    Last thing you did: its been years since i used this account, i think the last thing i did was duo shaolin
    Why do you think you got banned?: i dont know
    Ban message when attempting to log in: This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection

    Hello,

    The IGN you provided, as well as the one on your profile (luxz) and the IP Address you are connecting from are all not banned.

    Do you have any other IGNs on any other accounts that you can remember?

    weird, i still get the ''This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection'' on my account that have only the character luxvier(luxsvier) which is a bishop from lv126-127. sadly thats the only character on that account.

    Okay, with the IGN luxsvier, I was able to figure out why you can't connect with that one.

    Unfortunately, it seems that account was hacked, and was banned to prevent further damage.

    You will have to go to the Control Panel and change your credentials here:

    We recommend using credentials unique to MapleRoyals only.

    You should also make a post in the Support Request forum here:

    https://royals.ms/forum/forums/support-requests.111/

    In your request, please include the following information:

    All your character names (IGN):
    The date of birth associated with your account (DD-MM-YYYY):
    The email addresses you think might be associated with your account:
    Your account username (Game Login ID):
    The last time you played*:

    *Please provide an estimation if unsure

    Do not post any of the above information on this thread, as this one is public. The Support Request Forum is private.

    Once all that is done, an Admin will be required for the next step. I will let them know of your request, but it will likely take some time before they get to it, as they always have a lot of tasks to take care of.

    You may play on your other accounts and create new ones in the meantime.

    I will also close this appeal. Your account recovery will continue with the Admins in the Support Request Forum.
