What GM banned you (optional): Dasha Explanation of why it is a misunderstanding: My alt was the original map owner while I was training (I had no idea that it was, until this whole ordeal), to make money I sell the equipment at the Perion NPC. Since my alt was the map owner and I left, the map became open (again I thought the map owner was under my main character). As I got back into the map, someone cc'd into my map and took the map ownership. I had been there for at least a couple of hours already. You can see why I did not budge even though the new map owner was under their name as I had strong beliefs it was still my map (you can even see they did not own the map for too long in their time stamp/evidence they provided). They acquired it because I did not attack a mob with my main character (PushnP) not knowing the map owner was under my alt at the time. I had the thought the map owner was under my main's name. Please take this into consideration as I had no intention of KS-ing. Thanks!
Thank you for taking the time to clarify. Your suspicions are correct and you have been temporarily banned for kill stealing. Personally, I see no reason to engage in a conflict with other players over unpopulated areas of the game to the point where staff has to intervene and hand over bans for kill stealing. Based on the evidence provided in the report, the reporter did attempt to reason with you and gave you a reasonable time frame to stop attacking and kill stealing after showing you he was the new map owner multiple times.
