I've read the terms and understood this a moderate offense, I would like to know if this is a 14-day ban or a perma ban as I spent too much time and made a lot of friends in this game to lose everything like that. Hi mavromati, Unfortunately, I have some bad news. What you did does not fall under Robotic Play. You character was moving and using spells without your being there. Doing this is Macro-Botting, using a program to control your character without your interaction, and that falls under Major Abuse: Spoiler: MapleRoyals ToS Major Infractions: Game Hacking Punishment: Permanent ban. I can prove I learned from my mistakes and become a better community member Well I have this pain in my chest because I won't be seeing any of the friends I made anymore.. but I'm also happy I now get to spend more time in the real world not wasting my life in a game. You used a program to control your character without your interaction. This is considered Game Hacking, not Robotic Play: Game Hacking - The act of using or benefiting from any third-party program or macro program, editing or defacing any part of the game to gain any sort of advantage over other players, or otherwise selling, advertising, distributing, or posting information related to the act. 2. Game Hacking - You are allowed to rebind keys in a 1:1 action matter with third party software as there is no direct benefit in doing that over using the default keys. We also allow the use of controllers and remapping software for example, as long as the player can reply while playing to not be mistaken for a bot. Please be aware that scripted macro programs which control your character will be considered a game hack and subject to punishment under this rule, and not under Moderate Infraction - 5. Robotic Play. What you were doing does not fall under Robotic Play. Your actions fall under Hacking. Your punishment is therefore a permanent ban. I cannot say or do anything to change this outcome.
