So, you won't be able to use this account What GM banned you (optional): no idea Just started playing less than a month ago. I don't know anything about computers just know how to turn it on and off let alone hacking or illegal programs. I never hacked or used illegal programs. If I had to guess, I think the reason you banned me might be because there were some items dropped at the Free Market, and I was lucky enough to pick them up. Maybe those items were hacked or something I'm not sure. If I did anything wrong, then I will own up to my wrong doings, but I honestly, I don't think I did anything wrong and I love this game.

I am not seeing any ban on your account, your IP or your MAC. I am unsure why you would be getting that message. We just had a new patch today. Did you download the newest files?
Yes i did download the latest patch from the homepage. I’ll try to uninstall and reinstall again, and get back to you today. Im relieved that it wasn't a ban, but its weird because i sm getting that message..
