Hi Becca, thank you for your reply, I'm baffled. I d/c immediately upon entering the Zakum Jump Quest. Can you elaborate on what I was doing? Was I stuck in the air? I know that can happen when you d/c and your character gets stuck.
I'm sorry but the evidence against you shows you hacking to bypass the Zakum Jump Quest. You were getting dc'ed by the Staff member who caught you, and not the d/c issue some players have. Your ban will have to remain unfortunately.
