    so , i went back after a few years , first i updated my info because i didnt had access on my old email , after that i downloaded the new game setup and i see im banned o.o , please help ?

    Unfortunately, it seems that your account was hacked, and was banned to prevent further damage.

    You will have to go to the Control Panel and change your credentials here:

    https://royals.ms/controlpanel/login

    We recommend using credentials unique to MapleRoyals only.

    You should also make a post in the Support Request forum here:

    https://royals.ms/forum/forums/support-requests.111/

    In your request, please include the following information:

    All your character names (IGNs):
    The date of birth associated with your account (DD-MM-YYYY):
    The email addresses you think might be associated with your account:
    Your account username (Game Login ID):
    The last time you played*:

    *Please provide an estimation if unsure

    Do not post any of the above information on this thread, as this one is public. The Support Request Forum is private.

    Once all that is done, an Admin will be required for the next step. I will let them know of your request, but it will likely take some time before they get to it, as they always have a lot of tasks to take care of.

    You may play on your other accounts and create new ones in the meantime. Once you create the thread in the Support Request Forum, your account recovery will continue with the Admins on there.

    i already change all my credentials , also ive do the support request too , but still with new credentials im still banned :(

    An Admin needs to reply to you in your support ticket. They need to verify that you are the original owner of the account you are trying to recover. They will be asking you information about your account, which is why that thread is private. Your appeal will continue with them on that ticket. The GMs cannot see that section, so we cannot help you any further than directing you to it.

    well he already answered me , thats how i did the change of email and all credentials necessary to recover my account

    Then you need to wait for the Admin to verify your credential changes and then he will unlock your account once you have proven you are the original owner.
