My brother used to play a lot, and hoard stuff. I asked him if he had anything I could have to sell so that I can try to get stuff to 1 hit skeles. Basically my brother funded me. He has a bunch of storage characters.
I feel like being banned over nothing, then ignoring my ban is pretty low. The staff either need to release my account or prove that i've done something wrong. Which you cannot because I haven't done anything wrong. Please let me play my accounts again. I will stop asking my brother for items if thats what it takes. Hello. We are not ignoring you. We are very busy with multiple requests, so sometimes a reply is not instant. Additionally, we do not provide evidence to players, rather it is the players responsibility to provide evidence as to why they’re innocent. What is your brother’s IGN(s)? Also do you have any screenshots of the trades?
Banning people then asking them to prove why they don't cheat is backwards and honestly does not make since, I have provided IGN's of my main account above, I wasn't aware that screenshots of trades was that important. I never screenshot anything.. I guess if I can ever play again I will have to start. My other account has 2 120+ characters a DK - DKNuga and a NL - NinjaStarz I believe.
I would love to get back to playing, so if we could come to some sort of resolution that would awesome! I have been playing since basically the 1st anniversary of Royals. If pics and videos is what I need to do to prevent this from happening again, then I will and the the capabilities to do so. I just wasn't aware that I had done something privately that warranted me to do so.

Oh i thought you asked for my igns again lol I'm not sure. We don't really talk anymore after he moved away. I don't think he really plays anymore either. He was at my place recently while on vacation visiting, and i asked if he had anything to help me out and he said he had some stuff on an account. We don't share accounts or anything and to my knowledge he hasn't played in some time. I am kind of uncomfortable telling the internet my personal life stuff.. so i won't be getting into that.
It would be helpful if you could provide us at least the character name of the one who gave you the items. It would make this investigation go even faster. Do you have the date/time range of when the trade happened?
I don't think it is that hard to just text him and ask for the IGNs since he is your real life brother? If you can't even help with this, there is no point for us to continue with your appeal here.
I feel like Guilty Until Proven Innocent is the wrong way to approach banning people. I have tried to get into contact with my brother and I can't. I only talk to him once or twice a year if that. I don't really have a way to prove what you are asking, like I can't prove I wasn't cheating because I wasn't doing anything wrong therefore I didn't think to get proof. I guess I just have to quit playing as I can't get ahold of my brother.. If there is some way I can still play and try to prove that I did nothing wrong please let me know. I understand that RWT ruins the game but I don't think that what I did is considered RWT.
I feel like this would fall under #8. Moderate Infractions: Punishment: First offense - 14 day ban, Second offense - Permanent ban. I would take that ban and move on. I will also not be doing any trading anymore like this. I understand what this looks like but I feel like this falls under some weird circumstances..
