Hi Bacon, thanks for the response Could I check if this was an error because over the past few days (the GTop100) was having many issues (Lagging - believe many people had this as well) so i had to keep retrying to vote) i relaunch the royals site and had to key in my information multiple times, but i only made sure Gtop100 Said successful once a day)
Hi Bacon, Thanks for your response, Is there a possibility to remove all my NX if needed? When I first played I thought I would be just joining for a few weeks to get the Nostalgic experience back. I believe I still have 90% of my NX in the characters still (I did not even use them) only after few weeks I truly enjoyed playing this game. Not sure if a discussion or agreement can be done on Chatbox regarding this, also I did borrow a few gears from my friends, could I at least return them if the Royals team does choose not to unban me? Don't think the NX did give me any major advantage over others players as I did not buy any APRs or Gacha (Less than 100 If my memory did not fail me) on my accounts - But i leave it up to the Royals team Appreciate your time and response
Hello. I know this isn’t what you want to hear, but your permanent ban will remain. We only make exceptions in certain cases for vote abuse, but they have to be minor (this case is not unfortunately). Additionally, we do not return loaned gear for a few reasons. Players must accept the risk when loaning out their gear. We wish you the best with your future endeavors. I do apologize for the bad news :/.
Hello Bacon I Understand, I have read many ban appeals but there isn't really a guideline to what is major and minor. Also I did not use the much of the NX if you can see into my accounts. Just to confirm there isn't a chance to negotiate or discuss? Thanks.
