Closed Ban appeal?

    Last thing you did: Returned to the game after a few years of not playing, created a new account and a new character and got to level 5~
    Why do you think you got banned?: No idea, I didn't play for a few days after creating the character and now when I tried to login I see I get disconnected after clicking the character?
    Ban message when attempting to log in:
    "You have been disconnected from the login server. Please try again later.

    Hello. You do not appear to be banned. It appears you are connecting from a banned IP. Try unplugging your modem/router for at least 2 minutes to prompt a new IP from your ISP. Otherwise you can try connecting from a private VPN to test as well.
