Closed Ban Appeal

    Last thing you did: Played normally ~7ish years ago
    Why do you think you got banned?: no idea
    Ban message when attempting to log in: "This ID has been deleted or blocked from connection"
    What GM banned you (optional): *shrugs*

    I have forwarded your information onto our administrators to review. I don't have access to view what we need to check out on our end. Not sure on how long it will take, but they will respond when they get to your post in order :).

    ahh shit :p.. well hopefully the characters are still intact? Thanks Tim!

    I verified my Email for "Hakase"
    and changed the password again. I will be able to change PIC and PIN as soon as I can login.

    ^^ this is the one I care much more about


    As for "NoFace"... I don't currently have access to the email I believe is associated with it, and because I can't remember my PIN, I'm unable to login on the Control Panel. I'm trying to recover the email but Microsoft is being difficult. If "NoFace" is indeed on that account, Is there a way you could change the email of that account for me?


    Anything you can do would be fantastic. Y'all are amazing,

    Let me know if there's something I'm missing / something else I need to do for my main account to be unblocked.
    My secondary account has been blocked now because I tried and failed to remember the PIN.

    If you have not already done so, you should also make a post in the Support Request forum here:

    In your request, please include the following information for both of your accounts you are trying to recover:

    All your character names (IGNs):
    The date of birth associated with your account (DD-MM-YYYY):
    The email addresses you think might be associated with your account:
    Your account username (Game Login ID):
    The last time you played*:

    *Please provide an estimation if unsure

    Do not post any of the above information on this thread, as this one is public. The Support Request Forum is private, and only the Admins have access to it. You can post in there what you think your e-mail is for the account with the IGN 'NoFace' as well.

    You may play on your other accounts and create new ones in the meantime.
