Hello. You are actually not banned. It appears you are connecting from a banned IP. Normally this is due to your ISP assigning you a different IP (that happens to be shared) or you might be using a non-private (free) VPN. My suggestion would be to restart your modem/router (unplug both for at least 3 minutes) to see if you get assigned a new IP from your ISP. Additionally, you will need to use a paid (private) VPN if you are currently utilizing a VPN.
