Thank you for the response, I was under the impression hacking was using a program to gain an unfair advantage by manipulating or exploiting the game such as god mode, auto loot, etc. I just used my Corsair k95 keyboard that has 6 macro buttons, which I thought fell under robotic play 14 day ban, nonetheless does this mean I’m completely banned from making a new account and playing mapleroyal?

 

Thank you again for your response, I WFH I had a call from 1-3 pm EST my monitor was turned off and I was pressing my macro button every 6 minutes, I was unable to respond as my monitor was off and never saw you attempting to reach me as I was on a WFH call, I see your not trying to go through the rules and decipher the true nature of what I was doing which is fine, but just want to confirm the following:

normally when you get someone for robotic play they normally are using robotic play and actively playing to the extent that they could just be controlling their computer live? the only reason to robotic play is in play of active play, so stating I used robotic play and didn’t answer is your attempts to contact kinda makes 100% sense as I would be curious how many robotic players do respond it would defeat the “robotic play” ,

Nonetheless, my original question remains am I banned completely from playing royals or are my specific accounts banned, I think it’s kinda crazy to assume people playing a 20+ year old game are not 20-30plus years old and most likely work for a living, and would multitask without responding to every message, even in a scenario like this I guess there is no warning and or shorter ban as mentioned in the original game rules and regulations.
