I just joined the game
Why do you think you got banned?:
I had an account sometime ago ( I don't know when I made it) that I used to share with my brother (login id : [Do not post login information here, please!] ), I stopped playing ( study and work)
but I have enough time to play now,however, I was banned for hacking or something.
I made a new account ( the one with this IGN : BraveSlash ) and tried to play but it just DC's me; searching on forums found out that ppl get IP ban and can't play anymore and this might be the reason why I can't play ( I click on my char and it just DCs me).

If my brother hacked on my first account its fine, I mean he deserves the ban , nonetheless, I made a new account to play and I hope you can understand .
Please give me an answer as soon as you can, thanks in advance.

PD: My new char name is BraveSlash

OK, the way I'm reading this is that you knowingly and willingly shared your account with your brother. Two points here:
1) Account-sharing is against the T&C anyway
2) Since you allowed your brother to play on your account, you are responsible for his actions. Your account is your responsibility.

Your ban will remain.

 

it's Ok but as I said, I dont want that account to be unbanned, I want my IP to get unbanned so I can start a new char in a new account, I think I deserve a chance
