    1) I honestly don't remember my in game names, I just remember my login usernames. It's been months since I've logged in
My bishop on one account is CheaperItems, BM is RippinLips I forgot my brawler, white knight account igns.
    2) Last thing I did was log into the game and sit around in FM, trade some items between my characters and friends
    3) My sister said there was another mass ban to prevent people from logging in to our accounts (similar to once that happened in early 2022) and I'm assuming that's why I got banned
    4) Ban message: This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection.

    Thanks :)

    Hello,

Unfortunately, it seems that your account was hacked, and was banned to prevent further damage.

You will have to go to the Control Panel and change your credentials here:

    https://royals.ms/controlpanel/login

We recommend using credentials unique to MapleRoyals only.

You should also make a post in the Support Request forum here:

    https://royals.ms/forum/forums/support-requests.111/

In your request, please include the following information:

    All your character names (IGNs):
The date of birth associated with your account (DD-MM-YYYY):
The email addresses you think might be associated with your account:
Your account username (Game Login ID):
    The last time you played*:

*Please provide an estimation if unsure

Do not post any of the above information on this thread, as this one is public. The Support Request Forum is private.

Once all that is done, an Admin will be required for the next step. It will likely take some time before they get to it, as they always have a lot of tasks to take care of.

You may play on your other accounts and create new ones in the meantime. Once you create the thread in the Support Request Forum, your account recovery will continue with the Admins on there.

    Good luck!
