Why do you think you got banned?: Obtaining Perfectly Scrolled Red Cravan from quitting friend

Ban message when attempting to log in: You may not access your account because your account is permanently banned

    What GM banned you (optional):
Suspected involvement in Real World Trade

This was my appeal back in 2017:
    https://royals.ms/forum/threads/ban-appeal.109021/#post-625790

Taking a break from work. Planning to play some game . I have noted that, there was a change in the term and conditions. Hence I am making the appeal again.

If you look back to my appeal in 2017, I have provided information and evidence of how I obtained the red cravan but GM still finds it not valid, hence I gave up .

But looking at the new T&C, I hope it can be applied for my case dated back. It's my first offences and I am willing to accept removal of the item or equivalent. Since it's a gift anyway.

Hope you guys can look into this again. Thank you!

    Terms and Conditions:

In January, we introduced a new rule to our Game Terms and Conditions under Moderate Infractions called "Handling real world trade goods". This rule was put in place to make it more difficult for real world traders to launder their goods, and to prevent players from profiting off of 'cheap' real world trade deals. See below for specific details about this new rule:

      • Handling real world trade goods - The act of orchestrating high value trades with suspicious individuals for large profits without doing your due diligence on their background.
First offense also includes the removal of the goods or total of the equivalent value that was traded for. You will not get your original items back.

Hello. This will need to be reviewed by an admin. I have sent it over to them.

there's a difference between getting it for free from a suspicious character and getting it suspiciously cheap. your ban appeal was already resolved and will remain that way

I didn't really got it for free, I sold it for him and profited/loaned partial payment about 60-70% profit.

And my friend admitted to real world trade.

So why does my case not fall under the new T&C?

I am handling his RWT red craven and I profited partially after I sold it legit way in game.

My negligence was not to know that my friend has been doing RWT and I help him to sell .

As I explained, why would I RWT a red craven and sell it openly on forum and everywhere putting myself in risk to profit 30ws and return 20ws to my friend. When in the first place I could have just RWT ws/chaos scroll.
