Hello. You were permanently banned for major vote abuse. This ban was issued by our admins as they determined the level of vote abuse was major enough to warrant a permanent ban.
Hi thanks for the the reply. I have my whole family playing Mapleroyals, just that I did not apply for the Voting Whitelist application. So there may be an issue regarding the major vote abuse. Any help to uplift the permanent ban?
Unfortunately the ban cannot be lifted. All users are required to read and understand our Game Terms & Conditions which include our Voting Rules. Additionally, everytime you vote, the rules are stated there as well: Each household may only vote once per day. If there is more than one player in your household, you need to be accepted on our voting whitelist before each of you is allowed a daily vote Your appeal is denied. We wish you the best with your future endeavors.
As i said my whole family is playing just that i did not apply voting whitelist. Able to get an Admin to assist me on this?
An admin was the one who processed the ban. There is nothing else for them to review at this point. You needed to apply to whitelist well before this point and unfortunately its too late.
