Hi, I tried to log in into my account after a week plus and it says " This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection ". My in game name: JerlyBlood Last thing I did: FM (If I remember correctly) Why do you think you got banned?: Literally have no idea >.< Kindly assist as I heard from other players that this is considered being banned from the game. If this is a ban, may I know the reason and how do we circle back to unbanning it. Concurrently, I do not understand why I got banned, when I have not played the game for a week plus. Please reach to a positive outcome as I have not experienced this before, and it is very disappointing to get excited to play MapleRoyals but such an incident happened. Thanks!
That in game name does not appear to exist. Do you have any other characters? If not, I can private message you for your account name so I can find your account (don’t post your account name here as this is public).

Hi, What do you mean by voting abuse ? I only voted once a day, during office/my own household and my own mobile data. Just to add on, I only have 1 character and 1 account for MapleRoyals and no one in my household plays the game. Understandable that due to connection and whatnot, the vote might have not gone through and hence, I tried to revote. It doesn’t make sense that the backend engineers or whoever don’t do their own due diligence on this voting system and put it on me which I have no clue about ? Please relook into this , as banning someone for this is ridiculous and it’s only making new people uncomfortable to start playing the game. Moreover, shouldn’t you guys look into it first before banning someone unrealistically ? Or atleast inform the person - I am shocked after trying to log in after 1 week plus. Thanks !
I will have our admins look into it again. Just to be clear, we don’t just ban people without looking into it first. Additionally, our voting system is always been improved on and is quite easy to use. If there are issues with votes going through, most of the time it is an issue with GTOP which we don’t control. We don’t ban users for accidentally voting if a vote didn’t go through. Major vote abuse bans are for users who have been voting with additional characters/accounts to gain an unfair advantage over others. Please be patient for a reply from one of our admins as it may take a little while since they are busy.

looks like you were caught up in a ban that wasnt meant for you due to your connection, you should be able to connect again now
