All Your Character Names: Bayonical, Gandhalf , might be more i just don't remember, just remember having a DK and a cleric Last thing you did: Stopped playing the game early 2020 Why do you think you got banned?: I was trying to recover my account since i couldn't log in and had no way to access the original email and been made aware the ban reason was: this account has been banned since 2020 for real world trade in the recovery post Ban message when attempting to log in: None, couldn't log in since my password didn't work What GM banned you (optional): Unknown i haven't played since early 2020 a short time after the 6th or 7th birthday i believe since i was in 2nd year of uni and didn't have time to play i now finished uni and wanted to return for some nostalgic fun and found out i cant access my account so i proceeded to attempt to recover it that is when i discoverd it has been banned i have never did the thing that the ban message accuses me of doing| my best guess is that my account has been hacked, i dont know what could of been sold for real life gain since the account didn't have anything valuable and there weren't any high level characters that i remember having maybe around level 100-120ish only valuable thing that i can think of is that it had some NX from voting i just want to play with my friend from uni now that we both have time i tried to play on a different account in the meantime but now that i have learned the original account is banned i have stopped playing to avoid ban evading

Can't remember when exactly I stopped playing but I never sold any of these items I don't even know what these items are, let alone sell them I was a very casual player (can be attested to by a friend who kept playing the server through all this time) are there no logs that can prove that the log-in was done from a different location? I even have the same pc I had back then obviously I'm not IP banned otherwise I couldn't have logged in with a new account (assuming you also ban MAC addresses)
You may provide relevant details that could be helpful to the case such as your estimated last played date (for example Dec 2020)
I'm not 100% sure when i stopped playing i remember starting around July/august of 2019 playing for a few months and then quitting either towards the end of 2019 or early 2020 so I'd assume I quit November - December of 2019 (starting of my 2nd year of college\uni) i just remember i was probably a month after the server's birthday on 2019 i tried checking on my laptop but couldn't find anything and can't check the email since the website deactivated my email because its information was apparently compromised I would send that here but it's in Hebrew if it helps: https://prnt.sc/cC8oqoLmA-fp translation: Security Message "in part of our security efforts and protection of our accounts and users, we have discovered that the username and password that belong to you have been potentially compromised" i tried resetting the password to check but they say my account is deactivated disclaimer: i didn't translate the whole message but it goes on to say that i need to change my password and when i do it says my accounts password can't be reset https://prnt.sc/43BtrSaRH6pd
Hey is there any update on this? also, I don't know if it helps but I found my old guilds discord and after some digging my last message in the guild discord was on 29/11/2019 and it wasn't even related to the game so I assume I stopped playing around that date or even sooner if there more information i can provide let me know
