    Last thing you did: Played until level 30, did job advancement, went to free market. Sat in Ellinia Station waiting for a ride to Ludibrium
    Why do you think you got banned?: I have no clue. I was reading the forums while waiting for the ride.

    Thank you for the response.

    Even though you probably hear this from just about any other guy who appeals, I was not hacking. I do not have any trainers / softwares on my PC that enhances my gameplay / gives myself an advantage over other players.

    Do you think you can at least clarify how I was using 'hacks'?
