Hello. You are not banned, but it appears you are connecting from a previously banned IP. You will need to change your IP on your end. You can try unplugging your router/modem for at least 3 minutes to prompt your ISP to change your IP. If you are using a VPN, you will need to use a private (paid) VPN so that you get a private IP that isn’t shared.
