I can send you my username privately. I have just been gone from that account a few years.

 

I looked up my old forum account. One of my characters was NexasMage.

 

Looks like the device you played from shares a common hardware ID with other users including someone that broke the game rules, it's not something you could've prevented.

I have unbanned your accounts and you should be able to connect now.
