Sorry it's taking so long to deal with this ban appeal - it's a complicated case.

Can I ask you, is the character Shadon (lvl 1) yours?

Also, let me explain things as clearly as possible to you. Julio has been permanently banned from the server for account-sharing with multiple people. He will not be allowed to play here again.

Although it might be technically possible for us to unban you while keeping him banned, as you have different computers and have a dynamic ip, all it would take is him attempting to log in on any of his accounts or you to log on to his computer and you would both be autobanned by our system. Since the two of you are friends, I would strongly suggest that you both start over together on another server, rather than run the risk of his permanent ban putting a strain on your friendship.

We don't normally unban people who live and play in the same household. The reasons for this are:

1. We don't know if we are dealing with two separate people or one person who is pretending to have a brother/sister/cousin/roomie.
2. We don't know who is guilty and who is innocent.
   
3. They have a static ip so it simply isn't possible to unban one member of the household without unbanning the other.

Your case is rather unusual though, in that

1. All the evidence in the database strongly suggests that you are two separate people.
2. We have good reason to believe that you are innocent.
3. You are on a dynamic ip.

This is where I pass the case over to those in authority above me, ie @Matt and @John for a decision on whether or not they can offer you the option of being unbanned, given the complicated circumstances of this case.
