    Why do you think you got banned?: I don’t know because I wasn’t banned years ago.

    I played years ago, so idk why I’ve been banned, I’m eager to get my account back though if I can. I wasn’t high level or anything.

    Yes, I did create another account, before I realized I had this one. I was corrected by another person that it is against T&C to make/play another account while banned

    All right. Thank you for the information. An Admin will be required to check some things with your account before we can proceed any further. Unfortunately, I do not have an estimation of when that will be, as the Admins always have a lot of tasks to do.

    I see, so I guess I’ll just ask 2 things.
    1) If it seems that I can’t get my account back, can I just make another?
    2) If I can get my account back, can I just start playing on it? Or do I need to wipe it or something?

    I cannot determine the definitive reason for why your account is banned based on the tools available to me. That is why I am passing this over to an Admin. One is required to do an in depth look at why your account is banned. They have access to tools and database information that the GMs don't. Whether you can get your account back depends on what the Admin discovers while investigating your case.

    The answers to your two questions are rather complicated, since, depending on what the Admin discovers, will determine the next course of action . I apologize; I wish I can provide a better answer for you.

    That is correct. You are not allowed to play while you are banned as that would be ban evading.
