Yes, you're banned for major vote abuse. Please do also list out your family members' IGN so i could check it out for you. Did you all apply to the voting whitelist beforehand by any chance?

Do you share the same PC with your siblings? If there are multiple players playing from the same household you must be approved on the voting whitelist prior to voting more than once per 24 hours per household, again as explained in the voting rules.

If you and your family member live together and did not apply to the Voting Whitelist and that's what triggered this ban then I truly am sorry to say this, but there's nothing we can do about it now. You will remain banned.
