Why do you think you got banned?: Im not sure, I did not do anything ever since as I am unable to play due to laptop being spoiled. Ban message when attempting to log in:"You have been disconnected from the login server. Please try again later." I have been trying to play the game but everytime I select my character and enter my PIC , I will get disconnected saying "You have been disconnected from the login server. Please try again later." According to one of the forum mod https://royals.ms/forum/threads/game-crashes.224471/ , I might have been MAC banned? However I was able to login and play a month ago, then i brought my laptop for repair and now I am unable to play. Please advice me accordingly. Thank you
Hello. Please do not bump your appeal. We respond when we are able. The mac address that your machine has is banned and we cannot lift that. You will need to either play from a different machine, or change your mac address.
