I have two accounts which I created and I use for myself which I have not shared with any other individual and as far as I am aware, having two accounts isn't a bannable offense in of itself. After reviewing the Terms and Conditions the only other reason I can think of as to why I would have gotten banned was for the Improper Files category. Although I did completely delete and redownload all game files when I first started having trouble logging in (before the ban). So I don't think I had any corrupt files unless the files I downloaded from the mega download were somehow corrupted. Hello. Your accounts are not banned due to any rule breaking. What you are describing is a MAC Ban. You currently have multiple MAC Addresses associated with your connection and one of them happens to be the Address 00-00-00-00-00-00, which is a fault MAC address and can't be used to access MapleRoyals. You should disable your faulty MAC addresses in order to connect to the game.
