Hello. You are not banned, but it appears you are connecting from a banned IP. You can try unplugging your router/modem for at least 3 minutes to prompt your ISP for a new IP. Additionally, if you are using a VPN, you will want to ensure you are using a paid/private VPN so that your IP is not shared.

That means the IP you are currently using has been banned because another person used it for hacking purposes. This is very common with free VPNs and other public internet IPs. That IP cannot be unbanned, so you will have to reset your router and get a different IP in order to play.
