The moment me and my husband knows that we have to apply for the whitelist to vote on both account for each of us, we did take up and responsibility to apply for the whitelist and we thought after that apply all are well been done, and that is our mistake and we understand that now, as this is our 1st offence and we welling to be honest and sorry for what we had done, we would just like to appeal for the time of ban punishment to be shorter, and we will follow the rules by taking turns to vote untill the apply of whitelist to be approve. As for the ID "xi???oo1" we did stop vote-ing on that ID, after we know that is Vote Abuse and we no longer use to vote it anymore is just only the 1st few days (4days) we started joining this server, but is our wrong that we did not really spend time to read over the rules and regulation before we start doing all this mistake, we apologize and hope that we can have a Commutation on this matter. I do feel very bad about having to ban yourself and your husband with you both being geuninely confused about the rules and with him being so honest about your voting patterns. However, as players, you are expected to read the rules and if you don't understand them, you are very welcome to ask us to clarify things for you. Seven days may seem a long time, but it is the minimum ban for vote abuse.
Yup! we understand that, just giving an example in real life world, killing and murdering(hacking) are sentence to dead(permanent ban), and as with others offense will depend on the rules and regulation to the punishment, but last is still up to the judges (MapleRoyalStaffs) to make the final decision, this will come with commutation based on the trust and behavior of the offended. We admit that we are found guilty and looking to a point of we did try our best to make things right and welling to surrender and be honest to the MapleRoyalStaff on the offense we had made.
