Hi there! You are not banned on our end, all of those character names come back as not being banned. I checked your IP as well and that didn't have a ban either. Are you using a VPN by any chance? Sometimes those will cycle through previously banned IP addresses, I would try refreshing your router if you can. Since you mentioned you are travelling I think you are/were just connecting via a previously banned IP address. There are no issues with your account(s) connecting to the game so that's a good sign!
I was able to log in game but not website for some reason. It was stuck at “logging in”. I think that’s another internet issue.
