Why do you think you got banned?: I think it was because I tried to login on a different computer (I have both a desktop PC and a laptop, I mainly used the laptop, but tried to login on my PC and it's not working) Ban message when attempting to log in: No ban message. I try to login and the game closes after entering my PIC with a "disconnected from the login server" message. I tried all the faq fixes and none worked, so I'm worried I was banned somehow. Hi there! Using different PC/Laptops doesn't give a ban message, I've been here since 2014 and my PC definitely changed a few times haha I didn't flag anything during that time. I'm not seeing any bans on your accounts on our end, I checked your IP and also didn't see anything either. It's possible you cycled through to a previously banned IP address. If you use a VPN sometimes those are also previously banned and usually a quick refresh will fix that. There are no issues with your accounts on our end, but if you are concerned about your PC and Laptop I will open a PM with you and request both of your MAC Addresses just to give that a quick check to make sure those aren't banned.
The MAC addresses provide via DM are not banned, misyeu has also informed me via PM that they are able to connect now so all is well! Please let us know if you have anymore connection issues in the future.
