Hi Bacon! No I don't recognise that character. Don't know why I am linked to that person, and i have never came across him/her. Could be party in CPQ before but not too sure.. But the only reason I can think of is because of using VPN. However I am using a paid VPN and not a free one.
you should be able to play again now keep in mind a paid vpn =/= a dedicated ip address just for you to use. you can still get caught up in bans other paying customers of that vpn are using.
