    Last thing you did: Training my priest. Character name was Northeast. Anywhere from level 70-80
    Why do you think you got banned?: I stopped playing on this account in 2015. It was probably banned for inactivity

    Your account was hacked a while ago and was banned to prevent further damage.

    The email addresses you think might be associated with your account:
    Your account username (Game Login ID):
    The last time you played*:

    Do not post any of the above information on this thread, as this one is public. The Support Request Forum is private.

    Once all that is done, an Admin will be required for the next step. I will let them know of your request, but it will likely take some time before they get to it, as they always have a lot of tasks to take care of.

    You may play on your other accounts and create new ones in the meantime. Once you create the thread in the Support Request Forum, your account recovery will continue with the Admins on there.
