Closed Ban appeal

    Context: I haven't played in 5 years+ and trying to get back into my old account. I still see rp on my acc so it should be the right one. Have the old paypal receipts from donation if needed.

    ALL Your Character Names: had a hermit/nl "Lyza", my login is the one associated with my forum e-mail.
    Last thing you did: Idk, it's been over 5 years since I played
    Why do you think you got banned?: Idk, it's been over 5 years since I played so maybe the account was deleted?
    Ban message when attempting to log in: This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked for connection

    Your account was hacked a while ago and was banned to prevent further damage.

    We recommend changing all your credentials, if you have not already done so. You can go to the Control Panel and change them here:

    You should also make a post in the Support Request forum here:

    In your request, please include the following information:

    All your character names (IGNs):
    The date of birth associated with your account (DD-MM-YYYY):
    The email addresses you think might be associated with your account:
    Your account username (Game Login ID):
    The last time you played*:

    Do not post any of the above information on this thread, as this one is public. The Support Request Forum is private.

    Once all that is done, an Admin will be required for the next step. I will let them know of your request, but it will likely take some time before they get to it, as they always have a lot of tasks to take care of.

    You may play on your other accounts and create new ones in the meantime. Once you create the thread in the Support Request Forum, your account recovery will continue with the Admins on there.
