Game Hacking - The act of using or benefiting from any third-party program or macro program, editing or defacing any part of the game to gain any sort of advantage over other players, or otherwise selling, advertising, distributing, or posting information related to the act. You were using a macro-script on CosmicDuo at Voodoos, and did not respond to any of my attempts to get your attention.
As a first time offender would you be able to make an exception as a donor as well? i'll make some type of retribution if possible for the gains by using a macro program.
Providing leniency in this case is not an option we can offer. Permanent bans are only removed in the case of a mistake. And even though you donated to the server, that doesn't give you any special privilege or treatment when it comes to rule breaking. Unfortunately, your ban will remain. You agreed to the Terms and Conditions when you signed up for the game. We wish you well elsewhere.
