Hello this is my first time to play Maple Royals but I cannot playing a game, it's disconnect after PIC. I use my brother's old computer, he was played a game 2-3 years ago but now he did not play. And he came back to log in his ID was block or delete. My brother character name: can not remember, it's been 2-3 years My brother Ban message when attempting to log in: This iD has been deleted or blocked from conection My character name: Arohaaaa
your brother got banned for major vote abuse why do you have the same login information like pic as your brother? why did your brother make another account 4 minutes after you did?
Ps. My brother and I live the same house and have 2 computer to play a game, it's put next to each other. Mine is brother's old computer and him was new one. (I do not reset anything with old computer) First of all, my brother and I have been a old maple player, then after Maple Royals serve open my brother play it but that time I do not know about that. And now I talk to him like I wanna play game like Maple again so he suggestion me to play Maple Royals. After he invite me to play, I create a new account and download a new version of game. but his new computer have a game already so he want to log in his old account but the account has been delete or block. After that he create a new account because do not to that you all have a forums to fix or unblock his account. Same night I wanna play a game so I log in and create a character but that time I wanna start the game said I have to set a PIC so I set it and it's said I put a wrong PIC and my brother told me to try use his PIC that he used when he play a game on this old computer and it's correct but after that the game was close and show me a window that say "disconnect pls try again" so I try many time to in a game but it's can not. My brother say I have to try to log in in this new computer and it's work, I can play it on his new computer. He said may be we got block from computer's IP and I saw a menu "Forums" on website so I create an account and create a thread in technical help. the last question that why did my brother make another account 4 minutes after me because he wanna play a new game with me and because his old account has been block and he do not know he have to post in forums to fix it for revive his old account.
the computer you're trying to connect from is blocked which is why you disconnect after entering pic thats because your brother has been banned for vote abuse. you cant use this computer to play the game and your brother isnt allowed to play
