Hello. You are not banned, but are connecting with an invalid MAC address (00-00-00-00-00-00). You will need to remove this MAC address before you can connect again.
Thank you for the response, Bacon! Do you have any advice to fix this? I do use a paid VPN service, is that the cause of my issue?
It could cause that. It could also be a virtual machine if you run that. I don’t have much other advice unfortunately. You could try connecting without the vpn or using another vpn to test.
This is just an old toshiba laptop so it must have to do with the VPN. Thank you for the quick response, Mr. Bacon!
