I usually play normally. The only reason I can think of for the ban might be that logging in from different computers led to a mistaken assumption of account sharing.
Apologies for the delay. You were banned a few years ago for being directly related to a hacker. I have forwarded your appeal over to our admins to look into further as they have elevated access.
what kind of shared computers were you playing from in 2019? did you use an accelerator / vpn service?
I have a total of two desktop computers and two to three laptops in my home and office areas. I might occasionally log in from my own desktop computer as well. During those years, I mostly played on one laptop.
