Hi there! Unfortunately your account was hacked and we issued a ban to try to prevent further damage being done to it. You’ll have to head on over to the Control Panel and change your account information: https://royals.ms/controlpanel/login We recommend using a unique password/pin/pic that isn’t used elsewhere IE: social media, other games, etc. In addition to the above, please make a post over here at the Support section for the Admins to help you recover the account: https://royals.ms/forum/forums/support-requests.111/ Only the Admins are able to view this thread as it handles sensitive information such as account details and information about yourself. The Admins are also heavily backlogged at the moment so I am unable to give a reasonable timeframe on when to expect a response over there. When you make the post, please include the following: All your character names (IGNs): The date of birth associated with your account (DD-MM-YYYY): The email addresses you think might be associated with your account: Your account username (Game Login ID): The last time you played: (If you can’t remember, please try to provide an estimate of when you last played, so the Admins can verify via the logs.) Please do not post any of the above information on this thread as this one is public. The Support Request Forum is private. Once you’ve done those couple of things, please let us know over here on the Ban Appeal and I’ll pass it over to the Admins because they are required for the next step. You are allowed to play on your other accounts, and create new ones in the meantime. Once you create the thread in the Support Request Forum, your account recovery will continue with the Admins on there.
