Hello, You have been banned for Vote Abuse: Spoiler: MapleRoyals ToS Major Infractions: Major Vote Abuse Punishment: Permanent ban. Vote Abuse - The act of attempting to, or successfully, bypassing the restrictions of voting no more than once per 24 hours. Please be aware that, in cases of severe abuse as per discretion of Staff, we reserve the right to respond with a permanent ban regardless of if it is your first offense. The Admins have gone through your voting history for the time you have been playing Royals, and have seen a number of times where you voted on more than one of your accounts in a 24-hour period. Doing this is against the MapleRoyals ToS. The extra NX you accumulated voting on more than one account daily gave you a significant advantage over every other person who plays on this server and follows the voting rules. The number of times you did this was severe enough for the Admins to issue a Major Vote Abuse Ban as a result of your actions.
Dear Stephen, I was unaware that voting on multiple accounts within a 24-hour period was against the rules. I did this for only few days, and as soon as I realized it was prohibited, I immediately switched to voting with only one account per day, in full compliance with the guidelines. I want to emphasize that I had no intention of breaking the rules or gaining an unfair advantage, and I did not use the extra NX for any significant in-game benefits. I sincerely apologize for my actions and assure you that it won’t happen again. Could you please clarify whether my ban is temporary or permanent? you did it for more than a month earlier this year, then realized it was against the rules likely and stopped. but then you started doing it again in october which shows us you're happy to ignore the rule for your own gains which resulted in your permanent ban
